Day 11: Buenos Aires

We are getting acquainted with the whole city now. Today we ventured to the section of San Telmo (oldest neighborhood in Buenos Aires) which has a big Sunday antique market and street performers. We got a small taste of tango from some people dancing in the street but hopefully will book an evening to see quality dancing later in the week.

We ate at this cool dive restaurant called La Vieja Rotiseria (The Old Rotisserie) and had a good mix of different dishes (steak, tortilla, chorizo, and of course a gigantic liter of beer). I guess we made it right on time because there was a line of people outside as soon as we sat down to order.

To make our way home we ventured back through the section of Puerto Madero which is a beautiful walk along the docks and water, lined with nice restaurants and cafes. Which is where we return for a nice dinner.

Anyhoo, Frank, your elbow looks fabulous behind that beer. Keep up the good work.
