(Looking back at Tossa de Mar during our drive toward Cala Giverola.)
Cala Giverola is a small cove that contains only a hotel (although it is a rather large hotel). The small parking lot has just enough for about 30 or so cars. It was nice to retreat from the crowds for a couple of hours.

We then drove back to Tossa de Mar to grab some food and be closer to our hotel (which is only a 15 minute drive). We spent some more time on the beach then decided it was time to clean up and see some more of the town that we missed the day before. We explored the church in town and some quaint narrow streets then searched for food.
(Town church.)
(Inside the church. The ceiling was newly painted and looks very impressive in person.)
(A room off to the side inside the church where people burn candles in memory of family and friends.)
We spent the rest of the evening hopping to restaurants and bars along the ocean front since this might be our last night in a beach town.
(View from our beach side cafe where we had dinner.)
(My artistic night street shot.)
