Day 117: London, England

As we wind down in London we decided to keep our sightseeing to a minimum and catch up with friends before we head back home. Ilana and I separately had lunch with friends and then I met her at the Royal Exchange, where our old employer has their London office. We strolled the city briefly, took some photos along the way, then went back home to get ready for dinner with another friend.

(A random church tucked between two buildings during our walk back home.)

(Ilana in front of an old church with the building known as "The Gherkin" in the background. Named so because it looks like a giant pickle. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/30_St_Mary_Axe)

(We had dinner with our friend Yoshi and went for a drink at Ye Olde Mitre afterwards. We really had a great time catching up over sushi and beers.)
